Dell is sending me XP free of charge as long as I send back Windows 2000. So the only thing I will loose is my time reloading all the software I have on the machine. am a Microsoft XP user at the present time but may be going back to Windows Millenium or eariler. Why? I called many times within a year of OWNING Windows XP to have it constantly re-activated.
